I Am Authentic Souls
Hi my name is Kelly! I’m a reiki master, nurse, intuitive & breathwork facilitator. I experienced a spiritual awakening that started about 4 years ago. An abusive relationship, I allowed, with the deep seated belief of my unworthiness was the catalyst to awakening. I wasn't aware then, but with all the profound inner work, I’ve realized this was a pattern I had lived my whole life. Only through emotional pain was I willing to look within & shift beliefs about myself which no longer served me. I also suffer from chronic pain, as I was in a car accident over 8 years ago & acquired a neck injury. Migraines, stomach aches & body pain were present long before this. Another realization was that my body has been speaking to me from a very young age, begging to be heard. The body holds a deep wisdom we will never know until we tune in & listen. On top of this I turned to drugs & alcohol. I thought I found the solution to ease my pain, again of unworthiness, in drugs & alcohol. As a result of my awakening starting prior to the exit of the toxic relationship I crawled out of the depths of hell, addiction & journeyed back to authenticity. In this I began to shift my perspective & see the world through a new lense. I’ve always had the gift of intuition & an inner knowing, which I had been taught to dismiss & mistrust. It is a beautiful space in life when one can be authentic & know thy true self. It encourages others to shine their light bright. Reiki, energy work probably was the biggest game changer for helping to learn to heal myself mentally, physically, & spiritually. I'm here to offer reiki sessions, intuitive guidance & facilitate breathwork. A guide to help you realize your true power & essence with the ability to heal yourself.
